• Advertising data: if you arrive from an ad, we may receive campaign identifiers so we can measure which ads led to signups.

We only email or text you about AerWave. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text message. You can also email us at privacy@aerwavesup.com to be removed at any time.

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel, to measure website activity and ad performance. The pixel may record page views and waitlist submissions so we can attribute signups to the ads that generated them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and adjust ad preferences through Meta’s own ad settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate AerWave — for example, our website and database hosting provider, email and messaging tools, and advertising and analytics platforms — and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We keep waitlist information for as long as your entry is active or as needed for the purposes described above. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing messages. To make a request, email privacy@aerwavesup.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
